Yes! Prior to applying for financial aid, an application for enrollment must be submitted to Saratoga Central Catholic School. Applications for financial aid can only be submitted between February 1st – April 1st. All applications are through FACTS. Financial aid is offered to students based on need. Yes! Through our Saint for a Day program prospective students will be matched up with a current student of similar interests in their same grade level, and will follow around the student through their schedule for the day - and lunch is on us!

Yes. The middle school and high school students co-mingle throughout the halls. The blend is beneficial for all, especially through various joint events.
Yes, for the 2023-24 school year, SCC offers AP courses in Biology, English Literature & Composition,. Courses are dependent on student interest. Many SCC students take advantage of the HVCC College in the High School Program, which allows them to take a variety of online courses through Hudson Valley Community College.
No, SCC accepts students regardless of their religious background and has a diverse student body.

Saratoga Central Catholic serves students in grades 6–12, with both middle and high school programs in one building. We find that students across grade levels interact well together, creating opportunities for older students to take on leadership roles, set positive examples, and mentor younger students. This connection between grade levels helps establish the close-knit, family atmosphere that makes SCC special.
Getting started is easy! We encourage families to begin by scheduling a tour to explore our school and meet our community. From there, families can submit an online application, track their application status, and complete enrollment upon acceptance.
Absolutely! Families can schedule a private tour or attend one of our Open House events held throughout the year. Prospective students can also participate in our Saint for a Day shadow program, where they'll be paired with a current student, attend classes, meet teachers, and experience a typical day at SCC. Lunch is on us!

Yes! We understand that choosing a private school is an important financial decision. SCC offers need-based financial aid and several scholarship opportunities to help make a Catholic education accessible to more families. Financial aid applications are submitted through FACTS after an enrollment application has been completed. Applications for Beacon of Hope financial aid are due April 1 for the following school year.

No. SCC welcomes students of all religious backgrounds. While our education is rooted in Catholic teachings and values, we encourage every student to grow in character, serve others, and develop their own personal relationship with faith.
With a 7:1 student-to-teacher ratio, SCC offers a personalized learning environment where teachers get to know their students and support their individual goals. Our college-preparatory curriculum includes advanced coursework, college-credit opportunities, and 10 specialized courses in our Business & Communications program. SCC is also one of just 120 schools nationwide participating in the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, where our accounting students become IRS-certified to prepare tax returns for members of the local community, gaining valuable real-world experience.
Two of our faculty members serve as Adjunct Professors through SUNY Adirondack, allowing SCC students to earn college credit right on campus in English 101 & 102 and Calculus. We also offer an advanced Honors-level track for certain subject areas. Additionally, SCC offers AP English Literature & Composition, providing students the opportunity to engage in rigorous college-level coursework and earn potential college credit through the AP exam. Many students prefer to participate in the College in the High School program with Hudson Valley Community College (HVCC), which offers additional opportunities to earn college credit through a variety of online courses.
There's plenty to get involved in at SCC! Students can participate in more than 30 extracurricular opportunities, including athletics, performing arts, student organizations, community service, and clubs. Our athletic program includes 15 varsity teams, along with modified and JV opportunities.
Our students come from all around Saratoga County, the greater Capital Region, and the North Country.
Yes! Bus transportation to SCC is available through the following school districts: Saratoga Springs, Ballston Spa, Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake, Corinth, Galway, Schuylerville, Shenendehowa, South Glens Falls, Stillwater, and Greenwich. Families are responsible for contacting their home school district's transportation department to arrange transportation for the upcoming school year.
